Registry information supports personal and family safety and community awareness. It may not be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass. Berkeley County borders a multi-state region, so the federal NSOPW search can add the Maryland and Virginia layer when a radius crosses state lines.

Berkeley County Criminal Justice Alternatives

The Berkeley County Day Report Center is neither a court clerk nor a jail. It is a named community-corrections program for eligible nonviolent participants whose substance-use needs contributed to court involvement. Berkeley County has only two incorporated municipalities. Martinsburg Police keeps its own city incident reports, and Martinsburg Municipal Court keeps ordinance matters.
